About Us

Hello! Let us tell you a little about ourselves and our company!

My name is Nathan, and my wife’s name is Rebekah and together we set up our window cleaning company back in 2012.

Prior to that I was a builder for most of my life, running a building company with my brother based in Crewe. But in 2012, we needed a change.

When we first started, there weren’t many Pure Water window cleaners in our area, but we quickly started to develop a loyal client base in the Crewe, Cheshire area, who loved the Pure Water method of window cleaning. We are so grateful to our customers who have been with us for many years (you know who you are).

We gradually started to clean in surrounding areas too, so we also offer our services throughout Nantwich, Sandbach, Alsager, Holmes Chapel and connecting areas.

In the early days, Rebekah and I would go out cleaning windows together, but as time passed, we both became more office based. We now both work in the office and we have a small team of experienced cleaners who carry out the cleaning for us. So, our company would be nothing without them. They are hard-working, and most importantly, trustworthy. We have great confidence in them and really appreciate all their hard work.

We regularly get feedback from our customers about how polite and helpful they are. So, we know you guys appreciate having window cleaners you can trust too.

The beauty of being a small family run business, is that if any customer needs to contact us, it will always be myself or Rebekah whom they speak to. And one of us will have dealt with them from their initial quote, so we can offer a continuity of service that maybe the bigger companies can’t. It also means that Rebekah and I are very invested in good customer relations. So, if you choose to sign up for one of our services, you’re not just a number to us.
