However, having said that, it can take up to three cleans to see optimum results. If your windows have never been cleaned with Pure Water before, or not in a long time, your window seals, nooks and crannies will be full of grime. These seals and window crevices can hold a lot more grime than you would imagine and than is outwardly apparent. The Pure Water acts like a magnet to all this grime (please see our Pure H20 Technology page for more details) drawing it out and holding on to it, ready to be rinsed away, and although a significant amount will be removed on your first clean, this process continues over the next few cleans.
Something to be aware of…
“Also” because Pure Water can continue to draw dirt out of the window seals even after we leave your home, some dirty runs can appear on the glass. Small runs during these initial cleans are totally normal, and if you can, we ask that you bare with the process. But if any runs appear that concern you, or are very noticeable, just give us a call within 24 hours of your clean and we will pop back to re-clean those areas for you. After 2 or 3 cleans these runs shouldn’t occur any more.
